Account Manager - Recruitment

A very friendly, niche and buzzy recruitment agency is currently looking for an Account Manager / Resourcer to join their down to earth office in Shoreditch.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate with 1-2 years recruitment/sales experience to take the next step in their career. As Account Manager / Resourcer you will be working on a warm desk, building great relationship with their candidates and making sure each placement runs smoothly assisting with all the logistics etc. They work abroad and each placement requires assistance with a variety of tasks. You will need to have excellent communication skills as well as superb attention to detail. This role is best suited to someone process driven and hungry for success.

You must be degree educated, have recruitment/sales experience and mother tongue standard English.

Salary circa £28K plus commission (Yr1 OTE £35-40K)
