Goods Receiver

An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Good Receiver & Stock Controller to work for a modern, talented catering team who are challenging the traditional office corporate catering experience.

As the Good Receiver/Stock Controller; you will work closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure orders are correct, manage supplier relations, recipe management and you will ensure that stock control is maintained.

 Goods Receiver/ Stick Controller core duties

• Placing all food and culinary related purchases on a daily basis via nominated suppliers in line with ordering procedures
• To support the kitchen team in their financial management to ensure that the business achieves its revenue, profit and other targets
• Building and developing working relationships with all current suppliers
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all transfers and stock levels are accurately recorded and communicated to the senior management team
• You will be creating orders in line with the in-house menu requirements
• Reviewing orders, approving products and process and adding to system

 About You

• Ability to analyse and interpret data
