The division is now seeking a Legal PA to come in to support this small team covering all employment matters, and with the role being heavily administration, but with diary management and billings required. Duties
•    Working as part of the Employment team providing administrative and secretarial support to the Partner, Associate, Paralegal & PSL
•    Audio and copy typing of correspondence
•    Diary management, setting up meetings and appointments and all logistics
•    Dealing with client enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
•    Maintaining and updating the contacts CRM database
•    Editing and amending documents into house style
•    Billing and invoice preparation
•    Collating and indexing legal documentation
•    General administrative duties including filing, scanning and faxing

Skills and experience – essential
•    Good technical knowledge in the firm’s core systems – Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
•    Clear and Professional in both written and verbal communication.
•    Highly organised and able to assist others with the management of their practices.
•    Skilled in prioritising multiple tasks and able to remain calm under pressure.
•    Accurate, with high level of attention to detail.
•    Professional and articulate: able to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
