Our client are an Investment Management company in the heart of the City. They are looking for a Development PA to join their team.

This is an extremely busy and varied position to support 5 Heads of Department and 6 Senior Managers. You will be responsible for providing seamless and professional support, ensuring their days run smoothly.


  • Managing the teams diaries, arranging and rescheduling internal and external meetings. Planning up to 18 months ahead, you must be able to pre-empt the logistics requires for all aspects of diary management
  • Arranging travel, care hire and accommodation for business trips and conferences in the UK and abroad
  • Preparing and providing relevant papers for all meetings
  • Liaising with internal suppliers (catering, facilities, AV support etc.) for internal and external meetings
  • Taking minutes at meetings when required
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Including copying, scanning and distributing papers
  • Filtering and managing the teams calls, dealing with queries and escalating when appropriate
  • Ability to draft correspondence to a high standard
  • Producing and coordination client presentations and report with tight deadlines
  • Producing quarterly reports for internal and external purposes
  • Producing and circulating summaries for committee meetings
  • Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
  • Undertaking the processing of legal documents in accordance with company procedures
  • Dealing with legal and side letters that are sent in by lawyers
  • Ensuring invoices are paid on time and tracked appropriately
  • Setting up new suppliers with Accounts Payable
  • Raising IT support requests to ensure there is an audit trail for all items requested
  • Organising site visits
  • Dealing with any ad-hoc projects that may arise

They are looking for an experienced PA with high levels of organisation. You must be proactive and able to prioritise your workload in new and changing situations. They require someone friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.

Other requirements:

  • Previous PA experience, ideally within Financial Services
  • Team orientated
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proven ability to manage and jiggle several complex tasks at any one time
  • Proven ability to meet and manage deadlines
  • Advances Outlook diary management skills, and advance MS Office skills
