Are you an experienced Receptionist who is keen to also take on administrative duties for a professional but fun organisation in the heart of the city?

As a key member of the support team you will be providing a professional front of house service to all clients. You will manage with ease their suite of meeting rooms, ensuring they are always presented perfectly. You will have strong attention to detail and take pride in your work ensuring that the rooms are fully prepared before and after each meeting taking. This role would suit someone who enjoys liaising with people, creating a welcoming environment and a lasting impression. You would have strong organisation and coordinating skills as well as keen to take on extra administrative duties to assist the Team Assistants.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys being the glue to the team, has strong attention to detail, strong MS office skills particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Someone who can hold their own administratively, is suited to a corporate environment and enjoys a positive atmosphere and being part of a team.

Main duties:

  • Providing a welcoming environment and professional impression
  • Proofreading and formatting documents using strong Word skills
  • Being the first point of contact for telephone calls.
  • Managing a meeting room diary
  • General office management duties, managing suppliers and orders.
  • Assisting the team with overflow administration duties
