Temp receptionist 16 September - 2 October 2019 - Creative Company - £10.55 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a smart, reliable receptionist for a creative firm to cover reception from 16 September - 2 October 2019. Front of house reception experience is essential as is the ability to commit to the booking in full.

Experience required:

- Switchboard, answering and transferring calls in a busy, fast-paced environment

- Excellent administrative skills

- Booking taxis, couriers and sorting/ franking post

- Arranging lunches, booking meeting rooms

- Greeting guests in a friendly, personable manner

- Making refreshments
