My client, an internationally recognised Real Estate Consultancy are looking for a forward-thinking, dynamic and confident Facilities Assistant. Do you want to be part of vibrant, rapidly growing team?

This is a multifaceted role requiring customer service, postal, good admin and IT skills and a flexible approach to hands-on duties. Prerequisites required are a strong customer focus, a commitment to service delivery and the ability to work under own initiative in order to manage your workload to a high standard. 

Facilities Assistant


Duties will range from distributing all incoming/outgoing post & special deliveries, ordering & delivering stock/company stationery, completion of housekeeping / H&S and PPM inspections. Archiving, binding and general filing to typing correspondence, basic over-flow admin duties. Co-ordinate all Facilities helpdesk requests and provide resolutions to agreed timescales and KPIs.

You will also adapt a hands-on & enthusiastic approach to assisting with light maintenance duties & be flexible to cover team members in periods of absence. Reception duties as and when required.

Proven solid experience in office services/facilities, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good levels of common sense and a great ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a calm and professional presence. Intermediate MS Word, Excel & Outlook are essential as is an excellent telephone manner.
