Do you have admin skills and a keen and flexible attitude?  Would you enjoy a varied role where you can assist in all aspects of facilities and operations?  If so we may have the role for you.

Our client is a membership organisation based near Farringdon and they are looking for a new Admin Assistant to assist their Head of Operations.

You will be getting involved in a broad range of duties including assisting with health and safety, arranging for engineer visits to maintain equipment, dealing with post, updating databases and covering Reception.

You will need the following:

  • Some admin or facilities experience
  • MS Office skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • A keen willing attitude
  • The ability to  perform heavy lifting

This is a great opportunity for a junior administrator or facilities assistant to work in a varied role where you will be fully supported and have the chance to grow and develop.
