My Client a busy student accommodation provider are looking for two Residential Coordinators on City Sites. You will need to have experience in a client facing role from a similar environment such as Student Accommodation, Estate Agent Admin, Service Office or Property Admin/Coordination.

Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team including writing letters, raising invoices, filing, photocopying, receiving payments and issuing receipts.
  • Maintain student records and occupancy lists.
  • Assist in arranging and conducting sales viewings and help manage the student renewal and expansion process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and via telephone; managing and dealing with all queries, complaints and ensuring satisfaction is achieved in line with the policies.
  • Assist with debt collection and use internal finance package, Kinetic Solutions, to input and extract financial information.
  • Log any maintenance faults reported and liaise with Management team.
  • Liaise with contractors and coordinate/monitor the onsite repairs service.
  • Assist in maintaining high levels of site cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist with room/building checks and the move-in, move-out process.
  • Be responsible for issuing/retrieving keys and swipe cards to students.
  • Assisting with the preparation of resident accommodation at the end of each tenancy agreement ready for the new arrivals.
  • During the summer/turn-around period, all staff are required to help get the site ready – this may include physically demanding activities e.g. moving furniture and appliances.
Person Spec:
  • Previous admin experience within a client facing service industry.
  • Desirable - previous experience of business development/sales and/or facilities and/or financial knowledge including credit and cost control.
  • Good knowledge of MS packages.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations.
  • Proactive with a strong ability to problem solve, multi-task, plan and organise.
