The Company

An established and growing fintech firm are looking for a Team Administrator and Receptionist to join their London office and support the wider team. This is a varied role where you will have exposure to different teams and departments – such as HR, Operations, Events and the People & Culture initiative.

The Role


You will be the first point of contact for all guests and clients coming in to the office and manage the reception whilst supporting the wider teams with administration and office support.

Specifically, the day to day activities will include:
  • Receive and distribute telephone calls
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Daily post, couriers and
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • Organise lunches and refreshments
  • Ordering stationery and supplies
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Binding documents for board meetings
  • Other administration duties as reasonably requested
  • Booking and organising international travel (incl Visas)
The Candidate

A successful candidate will have:
  • 1 years + experience within a support or receptionist role
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Positive attitude
  • Personable and friendly demeanour
