A rapidly growing hospitality company with over 80,000 stylish serviced apartments and a brand new authentic hotel chain is seeking a Team Sales Coordinator to support a busy team of 8.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Sales Coordinator to join an award winning company. Working in a great team, you will be based in a central Soho location which is a stones throw away from Oxford Circus Tube Station.
As the Team Sales Coordinator you will support the Central Sales Team through planning, coordinating and administrating a wide range of sales activities and reporting. You will be a pivotal part of the team allowing the sales team to optimise their time.

As the Sales Team Coordinator, your duties will range from;
- Support with client trips, sales awareness events, including booking accommodation, dinner reservations, catering for external sales events, client travel and activities
- You will support with client presentations, bid meetings, trade show logistics and client review meetings
- Manage generic travel agency accommodation requests, corporate bookings and will organise show rounds of the apartments
- You will support client inquiries, such as requests for rates, billing queries , group rooming and general request for information about properties
- Support the team with arranging internal sales meeting, minute taking
