Our client, a vibrant and fast paced tech company based in Central London, are looking for an approachable and enthusiastic PA/Office Manager to join them on temporary/interim basis.  They are a growing company who are experts in their field and who have an exciting future ahead. 

 

Based in lovely offices, the successful candidate will oversee general administration for the office, whilst also supporting a member of senior management.

 

The role:
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office, including maintaining the condition of the office, liaising with suppliers and ordering any necessary supplies.
  • Supporting the wider team with diary and travel management, and other general secretarial duties.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for any visitors to the office and maintaining the condition of the office.

The candidate: 

The successful candidate will be discrete and appreciate the need for confidentiality as well as attention to detail, and will also be highly organised.  You will enjoy working within a small and efficient team, and have previous experience in a similar role or start-up is a must.
