We have available a fantastic opportunity for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join an international law firm with offices based in the City of London.

Working closely with the Creative Services Team, you will work as part of the in-house design team to coordinate the briefing, scheduling, resourcing and deadline management of all internal clients. You will establish excellent client relationships and will take responsibility for taking and interpreting client briefs whilst managing client expectations.  This role calls for an experienced workflow coordinator and graphics designer. The ideal candidate would need to have a good understanding of creative thinking as well as the ability to communicate client briefs to the clients’ offshore design team.

This is a client-facing position where providing excellent customer service and developing key client relationships is key.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth management and scheduling of all creative work with the offshore team
• Receiving client briefs and establishing lead times / deadlines
• Trafficking all creative work through the CRM tool
• Ensuring the client is fully aware of project timings

Key Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience within a creative or production studio is essential
• Knowledge and experience of design and print production processes
• Awareness or experience of a corporate in-house design studio (legal, finance or professional services)
• Excellent scheduling skills
• Collaborative and proactive approach
