Sales Team Manager
Are you an experienced sales Manager or Team Leader seeking a new challenge?
This could be the perfect opportunity for you - within this position you will lead and oversee a small team, be hands on with strategy planning, client project work, sales and analysing areas for growth.
Sales Team Manager - salary £40,000-£50,000 pa plus benefits, Permanent, South East London. Basic salary is dependent on experience.

Our client is an established well-respected retail supplier with an entrepreneurial culture. Located in South East London, you will join a team who are committed to developing further success.
What will you be doing?
Within this position you will be hands on yourself with:
- Interacting with customers on projects and orders
- Business development (upselling and general sales)
- Analysing data for strategy plans
- Forecasting
- Event organisation
- Lead generation
- Team leadership and workload management
- Complaint handling
- Client research
- Organising and attending conferences and trade shows
- Working collaboratively across teams
- Supporting business marketing
- Any other head of sales related duties.
What do you need?
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Exceptional time management skills
- Have a natural ability to problem solve and generate idea
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- CRM experiences - Salesforce highly desired
- High level of customer service and care
- Experience and/or an interest in interiors would be highly desired but not essential.
- Positive attitude and results driven approach.
- Ability to encourage and motivate others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and time restraints
- A team spirited approach to your work.
- Creative outlook results driven attitude and innovative thinking.
