An Administrator role in Central Bristol, to work for a large financial services company.


Your new role
You will be an administrator where your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Administration of tax clients
  • 2 hours a day of receptionist duties
  • Essential planning for the rolling yeah ahead for chargeable hours to all clients
  • Document management
  • Produce bid document in line with guidelines and time scales
  • Ensuring system records are accurate and up to date
  • Produce WIP and debt report, and updates projects codes and provisions for the team.
  • Is aware of billing deadlines and encourages team to produce bills and assists where needed.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have administrative roles in your previous career history, and be intermediate with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. In addition, ideally you will have 50-60 wpm and have a strong command of spelling, grammar and punctuation. You need to be able to adapt your priories to business needs and be able to meet deadlines as well as seek more efficient ways to speed up business process'.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between £21,000-£23,000 plus generous holiday allowance and other company benefits. In addition, this is a large company that can offer training and room for progression.
