Client Service Representative - Growing Technology Firm

An amazing Client Service Representative opportunity to join a brand new team of a growing Medical Technology company opening new offices in Paddington. You will have an involved, client-facing, and fulfilling role in a fast-paced environment with a key contribution to building and maintaining positive, high value and long-term customer relationships.

Are you interested in being a part of a creative, passionate and committed firm delivering change to peoples’ lives? Working closely in a team of 3, you will be a linchpin between the party delivering cancer treatment medication and the client. This will not be your traditional customer service role since you will be trusted with ensuring that the process runs smoothly while delivering excellence in all customer interactions at all times.

Your extensive previous client relationship experience will help you deliver excellent customer service over the phone and e-mails; your immaculate administration skills having previously supported a busy team will provide you with confidence managing the CRM systems, producing reports and completing customer order processes. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, offering quick and accurate assistance to customers knowing that your input is vital to the treatment success.

Your duties will include:

 • Supporting sales representatives and channel partners in processing orders
 • Providing reports to the Sales team
 • Monitoring, tracking and updating clients on the status of shipments
 • Managing various databases
 • Liaise with external agencies
