A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Excel user to join this leading international Retailer. The purpose of position is to manage the tourist group booking process and provide administrative support to the Tourism team. This role reports to the Senior Portfolio Tourism Manager and works closely with the International Sales Manager and Tourism Analyst to process tourist group bookings, maintain an accurate group booking database, support Centre teams to maintain accurate reporting, and support the tourism team with ad-hoc administrative projects. The role will also support the implementation of a new Group Booking system in the business, there is a high volume of database management in this role. This role works cross-functionally, including daily communication with stores and head office functions internationally, so strong communication skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and have experience dealing with Pivot Tables and V Look ups, strong attention to detail as well as first class people skills.
