People/HR Advisor - Digital education platform!

Our client is a fast moving, ambitious digital education platform that provides online courses run by the world’s top universities.  They are looking for a Temporary People/HR Advisor to join their small but dynamic team.  You will support on the day to day administration within a busy HR department.

Specifically you will prepare employee documents, be the first point of contact for HR queries, prepare all starter & leaver administration, schedule induction workshops, support benefit administration, coordinate Events for the Team, coordinate regular activities, coordinate probation meetings, support on ad hoc people initiatives and projects as and when required and support payroll , ensuring starter leaver spreadsheets are up to date.

You are an experienced HR professional with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills as well as fabulous interpersonal skills and a flexible and adaptable approach. You are passionate about supporting others and ensuring that processes and systems run smoothly. You love working within an HR department and have a good understanding of HR Administration from previous roles.

As People/HR Advisor you will provide administrative assistance and support to a brilliant but busy team. The role is a real mixed bag and you will be quick to learn systems.

You will be an organised and efficient candidate who is extremely dependable and who maintains absolute discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information. You will be hugely enthusiastic and positive and will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.

You MUST have experience with payroll and HR processing.  Ideally you will have a HR background, sector is not an issue but you must have the ability to quickly pick up tasks and processes, this is essential!
