Page Personnel are currently recruiting for an interim Office Assistant, working at a leading sales company. This role will be supporting a busy sales office with administration duties, being the first point of contact for all internal and external queries. Working as part of a wider admin team you will be supported.

Client Details

The client is a successful progressive sales company, they work hard and reward hard work. This is an interim opportunity for 3 months minimum with the possibility to be extended.

Description

The key responsibilities of the interim Office Assistant are:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system, including compliance
  • Recording information as needed, such as visitors and sales targets and achievements
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed in a professional manner
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents in an organised way
  • Maintain office common areas, responsible for ordering kitchen supplies
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands, post and office critical duties as and when requried B
  • Booking travel and accommodations and reservations needs as required
  • Coordinating events as necessary

Profile

Job Offer
