We are looking for an experienced professional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer based in Culture Trip's London office. You should be an extremely diligent and professional EA with experience in a similar fast-paced technology organisation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver proactive, highly organised support for the CEO
  • Complex diary management, including the creation of daily schedules and working with external clients and our PR team to book slots for conferences and interviews
  • Detail oriented international travel planning and booking – our CEO travels 50% of the time
  • Assisting in the creation of decks and minuting meetings at board and executive leadership level
  • Assisting in the creation and development of documentation ahead of management and team meetings, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and presentation is maintained
  • Processing expenses and other administrative tasks on the CEO’s behalf
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 10 years of experience with previous experience supporting a CEO
  • Previous experience of managing a team of 3-5 people
  • Experience within a tech company at a similar stage of hyper-growth would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with OKRs is desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills, providing clear and consistent communication between the executive team, internal departments and external parties
  • Being proficient at using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite is a must
  • Proficient at complex diary management to ensure smooth operational logistics
  • Organised, detail-oriented and accurate
  • Discreet, able to exercise good judgement, tact, diplomacy and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work cross-functionally but also independently
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Approachable and supportive professional
  • Ability to deal with change and fast pace
