VWA are searching for a bright, proactive and team-orientated individual to join a friendly and international investment firm in the West End as a Team Assistant.

For this Team Assistant position, the successful applicant will be supporting a team of up to 8 individuals up to MD level, with responsibilities including (but not limited to):

• Managing diaries
• Booking international travel, including visas, hotels and airport transfers
• Processing expenses, using Excel
• Inbox management
• Liaising with senior individuals, both internal and external
• Ad-hoc administration and support.

For this Team Assistant position, the ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will also have previous experience of working in a fast-paced corporate environment and have excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

Salary for this Team Assistant position is up to £45K depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.
