Exciting opportunity for a strong and experienced Italian-speaking Assistant to support a senior team of 10 within a global investment Bank. Based in the City, this is a busy role in a fast-paced environment and requires proven experience managing all aspects of executive support.

Responsibilities

• Extensive diary management including organising meetings and conference calls
• Coordinating domestic and international travel; booking flights, accommodation, transfers, visas and car hire
• Processing expenses via Concur
• Administrative support with compliance approvals
• Coordinating team events

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast paced and demanding Investment Bank
• Fluent Italian
• Proven experience of working with senior, C-suite level clients
• Proficient using Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage and prioritise a heavy workload and to complete tasks to a high standard
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to liaise with all levels in the corporate environment
• Dedicated self-starter
