We are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Manager to work for a leading Global Firm based in the City.

Candidates with experience in commercial and B2B Marketing communications within a corporate environment is highly desirable for this role. This role is expected to turn around quickly so do not hesitate in submitting your application today!

You will be need to be able to collaborate and execute across disciplines including digital and content marketing, content events, as well as driving social and traditional media and a basic understanding of internal communications.

Responsibilities:

*Working with Clients to develop line / product specific communications and marketing plans to support business retention and new business, while building and reinforcing the company brand reputation and positioning amongst target groups.
*Supporting sales and relationship-building activities of the Client with relevant communications & marketing activities.
*Devising innovative campaigns to launch or promote different products using the full mix of communications and marketing tools and channels, such as digital advertising and email campaigns, collateral material and web content
*Planning and driving market events such as road shows, seminars, trade shows and exhibitions.
*Providing advice and execute internal communications and employee engagement initiatives for your "internal clients" or business partners.
*Writing/editing copy and managing outsourced writers to produce collateral material and/or web content.
*Ensuring timely execution of your projects by working closely with the internal Brand &Design, Media/PR and Digital teams and other areas as relevant.
*Effectively project managing and prioritising critical deliverables, including some admin tasks.
*Proactively analysing key metrics to demonstrate success of campaigns (including web traffic, click-through rates and others) to track and enhance communications & marketing effectiveness.

Key Skills:

*Professional stance with an ability to act as an adviser and a passion for delivering intelligent, creative work as a team, for measurable success; excellent written and oral communication abilities, including presentation skills.
*Proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment, without direct authority over all resources.
*Strong organisational skills and proven ability to manage time-critical projects (planning, scheduling, monitoring), working with internal and external resources.
*Preferred experience in CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamic.
*Preferred experience in Insurance of Financial Services industry.
*BA in Marketing or Communications or MBA or equivalent.
