VWA is working with an international boutique finance firm based in the West End on an exciting Team Assistant position.

This Team Assistant position will involve supporting a team of up to 8 Investment Professionals, with duties including:

• Extensive travel management including visas
• Full diary management
• Organising and managing event
• Research
• Screening and dealing with phone enquiries
• Other ad-hoc admin support.

For this Team Assistant role, the ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience within a corporate (ideally Financial Services) environment and have a strategic and team-playing mindset. You must also be proactive and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment!

Salary is circa £32K for this Team Assistant depending on experience, plus fantastic benefits. Standard hours for this Team Assistant role are 9-6pm, with some flexibility to work beyond these hours when required.
