We are working on a brand new Office Assistant position for a global, highly successful Executive Search firm, specialising in the Life Science and Healthcare sectors.
This Office Assistant position will suit someone with a naturally helpful attitude as you will be based on the reception desk and will be responsible for all meeting and greeting of guests. Further responsibilities for this Office Assistant role includes:
- Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms
- Setting up video conferencing
- Administration
- Diary management
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Expenses management.
As Office Assistant, you will be team-orientated and personable - this is role is both internally and externally facing and therefore strong communication and problem solving skills will be key. You will also be efficient and organised, and with strong attention to detail around administration and project support. Experience with Microsoft Office programmes is required.
In terms of background, the successful Office Assistant will have some previous experience of an office environment. Kindly note that hours for this role are 9 - 6.
The role comes with excellent benefits and salary will be up to 25K dependent on experience.
