An independently owned construction contractor is seeking a Construction Administrator to join their team. To be considered for this role it is crucial you are aware of construction processes as you will be directly involved with project administration but also contributing to efficiencies. This is a role with a heavy workload and changing priorities.  Understanding the following will be essential;

  • O&M files
  • Project administration
  • CPH&S plans and cost items
  • Invoicing
  • Cost plans and understanding cost items
  • Health and Safety knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Subcontractors database & compliance
  • Companies CRM
  • Build up company documentation filing structure
  • Finance, PQQ & reports
  • ISO management
  • Preparation for pre-construction H&S file
  • Site management administrative support
