£50,000-£60,000 basic + bonus and potential for flexible working

Our client, an expanding Financial recruitment business with an international client and candidate base urgently requires an experienced Operations manager to take their business to the next level.
Working closely with the CEO, you will analyse and take ownership of EVERYTHING outside of direct sales, enabling the CEO to drive business development and move into other countries alongside their offices in the UK and Australia.
This is extremely diverse ranging from Marketing, Finance, HR, Internal Admin systems, Global Travel and events. An entrepreneurial mindset is key with a vision of how to see the big picture in the external market.

You will be a leader and influencer both internally and externally and will have a commerical mindset in terms of understanding P&L, ROI and supplier negotiation. Previous recruitment sector knowledge is essential as the Operations manager will be able to deal with the key challenges within the industry on a global basis.
