Wild Berry Associates are looking to recruit a Resourcer/Administrator to effectively and proactively support the Recruitment Consultants in order to maximise the service provided by the office as a whole.

This role is a pivotal one to ensure the overall success of the Division. We are seeking an individual who has the ability to work well to tight deadlines and in a pressurised, fast-paced and ever changing environment. You will need strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent attention to detail and listening skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • With the aid of the relevant consultant's briefing, resource via job boards, social media, internal database and any other means necessary
  • Convert CVs into company format and add candidates to company database systems
  • Advertise all new vacancies using company templates
  • Book in all candidate registrations where necessary for consultants and manage their diaries
  • Call new registrations for urgent temp roles
  • Input of weekly temporary payroll - respond to any queries relating to pay
  • Find and generate business leads each week for the consultant

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong Multi-tasking abilities
  • Good system skills, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, inquisitive and friendly personality
  • 1st class communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
