We have just taken on a fantastic role for a Senior EA to join one of the world’s leading management consulting firms in the world!  THE ROLE

As EA you will be providing a mixture of daily support one senior partner and a newly elected partner. This is a traditional but extremely busy EA role so you must be able to think on your feet and preempt the needs of those you are supporting. The ideal candidate will thrive off working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, amazing organisational skills and be an excellent communicator. 

Your Main EA duties will unclude but may not be limited to

• Inbox managementand
• Diary management
• Collating expenses
• Co-ordinating extensive and complex international travel
• Ad-hoc administration as requested

The successful Executive assistant  will be extremely hard-working and have proven experience supporting 1:1 or 1:2 Executives. You must have longevity within previous roles and have a strongadministrative background. You will be a proactive, articulate EA and have a calm and unflappable personality.
