We have a super opportunity for a receptionist with a good amount of front of house experience to join a technology-focused investment firm based in Mayfair. There are around 35 in their lovely offices, and they're looking for a hardworking and confident individual to join them. They also offer some exceptional benefits such as free breakfast and lunch and unlimited holiday!

Our client is looking for a receptionist who is smiley, friendly and will excel at maintaining the high standards of their company. You'll be acting as first point of contact for clients so you'll need to be well-presented with an excellent manner and communication skills. It's a standalone reception desk and you'll also need to be good at using your own initiative to take on extra work in quieter times. Experience working as a receptionist in a similar corporate environment is extremely beneficial.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting
  • Answering and screening phone calls
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Overflow admin work
