THE ROLE & COMPANY

We have taken on an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated PA to work for a fantastic company and support two driven, inspiring and friendly Partners. There are 20 people in the business in total, all based in their Victoria offices which has a very buzzy atmosphere - it's a lovely place to work!

In the PA role, you will be supporting two Partners within the venture capital firm based in Victoria. One of the Partners will take up roughly 80% of your time and the remainder will be spent looking after another Partner who is extremely self-sufficient and is quite happy managing his own diary. They are looking for a PA who can work alongside them proactively and with energy and a positive approach. The Partners are always on the go and have very busy roles running the investment team so they are looking for a candidate who can assist in all aspects of the role.

The position will encompass traditional duties such as diary management, frequent complex travel arrangements and inbox management. However as you develop in the role you will be able to get involved in some of the projects and adopt a real right hand position!
