What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Regional HR Manager

Key duties:

• Handling employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll, benefits and contributing to change projects.
• Providing support to other Directors, as well as to the rest of the HR Department in the UK with any HR operational matters.

What is the company looking for?

• Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and degree educated.
• An experienced HR professional with a proven track record of HR within a commercially focused environment.
• You must have team management experience.
• Proven coaching and conflict management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, PPT.
