Workflow Coordinator
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm

A prestigious global financial services firm based in the West End of London are looking for an experienced Workflow Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis working the full-time permanent hours of 9am – 5:30pm.
This new position will work as part of a studio account team to coordinate the briefing, scheduling, resourcing and deadline management of all client requests across creative and presentations. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering projects from briefing through to production and will take responsibility for taking and interpreting client briefs, establishing client expectations and providing oversight through to delivery. The position is based within a very friendly, lively team within an organisation who really know how to look after their team.
This is a client-facing position where providing excellent customer service and developing key client relationships is key.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth management and scheduling of all creative work through the studio
- Receiving client briefs and establishing cost and lead time estimates
- Trafficking all creative work through to the most suitable team or creative resource
- Ensuring successful delivery throughout the creative and production teams
- Ensuring the client is fully aware of project timings, costs and risks at all stages
- Utilising online workflow tools to support with trafficking, resourcing and invoicing
- Liaising with external suppliers, managing internal or external print when required
- Manage budgets for projects, ensuring all relevant notes and processes are completed
- Supporting the invoicing of all projects, keeping documentary evidence of all job actions and costs
Key skills include:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Client skills are a must, including confidence in liaising with and presenting to clients
- Awareness or experience of a corporate in-house design studio and experience of design and print production processes is preferable
- Excellent project management and scheduling skills
- Ability to lead projects from concept to completion
- Understanding of online digital asset management and workflow tools
