One of our clients, a Leading Business Intelligence Provider based in East London, are seeking an Office Coordinator/Team Assistant to join their team.
Duties for this role will include:
• Managing Directors diaries
• Administrative support to the London and New York offices
• Organising global travel when required
• Assisting with the recruitment process
• Answering and handling incoming calls and greeting guests
• General office support
The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. You will have at least one years’ experience in a similar role and have strong Excel, PowerPoint and work skills.
