Permanent Recruitment Consultant

As the business grows we are looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our boutique consultancy based in lovely offices close to Sloane Square.  We specialise in support staff and are looking for a consultant to come in and build up their own desk.  We cover all industries and deal with entry to senior level roles.  We mainly cover central and SW London based roles but also occasionally work on international roles. The successful Consultant will be a self starter who wants to work in Sales.  Although we are soft sales it can be a pressurised environment.  

Duties include:

• Account management
• Diary management 
• Negotiating
• Business development
• Candidate handling
• Marketing
• Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates 

You will be a fast learner, have excellent IT skills and enjoy working with people. You will be used to working on your own and happy working to tight deadlines.
