One of our clients, a small, boutique Online Business Network based in Central London, are seeking an EA with Event Coordination to join their team. 

Duties will include:

• Researching and sourcing new pipeline leads
• Assisting in organising and booking trips
• Organising and ensuring directors are prepared for meetings
• Creating sales proposals with the Directors
• Coordinating and executing events
• Ad hoc administrative duties
• Maintaining CRM systems

The ideal candidate for this role will have advanced skills in Microsoft 365, including Teams, and PowerPoint. You must have end to end project coordination experience and skills with excellent communication and organisational skills along with strong attention to detail.
