One of our clients, a Venture Capital Firm based in West London, are seeking an experienced Office Manager to come and join their young hardworking team. 
The role will be varied and duties will include, but in no way be restricted to:
 
• Ensuring all office devices are in full working order
• Monitoring and managing all office-related bills and expenses
• Manging the team calendar 
• Organising events
• Meeting and greeting guests and offer refreshments
• Ad hoc administrative support
 
The ideal candidate for this role will be articulate, hardworking and have excellent attention to detail. You must be prepared to muck in and help in all areas of the company as and when required as well as be able to communicate clearly up to all levels.
