Investor Relations Assistant - Graduate/Entry Level

Investor Relations Assistant - if you are looking for a career within Investor Relations, our client based in the City has a fantastic new opening for an entry level Investor Relations Assistant to come on board and join this busy team providing support with regards to roadshows, event management, admin and logistics support.

You will be working very closely with various departments across the organisation interacting with shareholders, investors and fund managers.

The ideal person will be hugely organised, confident, smart, able to juggle and prioritise and work in a fast paced environment meeting ever changing deadlines.  

Your duties will include:

• Assisting the team to organise and deliver roadshows and marketing events 
• Liaising with clients to organise meetings as well as maintaining relationships throughout
• Gather and collate feedback from roadshows
• Managing multiple diaries
• Preparing presentations - printing and binding
• Updating CRM systems
• Producing reports
• Booking meetings and arrange catering
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Preparing schedules for investors

The ideal candidate will be:

• Ambitious and focused with a real interest to work within Investor Relations
• Have at least 3-6 months experience within a corporate environment
• Highly organised and able to juggle and multi-task
• Keep calm whilst working under pressure
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• High attention to detail along with excellent written skills
• Real team player with a muck in attitude
• Proactive, problem solver and able to think outside the box
