Our client, a highly successful City Private Equity firm are looking for a Team Assistant to work within their Investor Relations Team.  Based in a stunning City location, this team assistant will support a young, professional, client facing team who are social, fun and supportive.  This exciting Team Assistant will be the heart of the team, offering plenty of room for secretarial / PA progression and responsibility.  The successful candidate will either have just graduated from university and/or completed a secretarial / business course or have a year or two office experience behind them.  Team Assistant duties will include arranging international travel, scheduling/diaries, expenses (using Concur), database management, weekly reports, printing and binding documents and assisting with events. 

Hours 9-5.30pm, occasional flexibility needed, salary from £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience, lots of support for less experienced candidates.  Progression opportunities down the support route and company growing.  Medical + dental insurance, good pension, bonus.  Monthly company drinks, summer and winter party, celebratory drinks etc.
