Team Assistant / Front of House - Global Tech Investment Firm

Working alongside four supportive and team-minded Executive Assistants, you will be Team Assistant to a group of driven Investment Associates, as well as being the face of London’s office of 20, managing every varied part of its Reception and Office Coordination.  No two days will be the same!  In addition to traditional reception duties such as meeting and greeting, managing correspondence and meeting rooms, a major part of your role will include back-to-back calendar management, expense reporting and international travel booking for the Associates, supporting them as they work hard to help the company to achieve ongoing, long term success. 

Your previous Receptionist experience in a global, multicultural office environment with a strong Team Assistance element of processing expenses, managing complex diaries, and working with multiple time zones will allow you to feel confident while juggling between the Receptionist, Team and Office Assistant responsibilities in this 3 fold role.
