German speaking HR Shared Services Associate

A global market-leading biopharmaceutical company is currently looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Associate to work within the HR Department.
As a German speaking HR Associate/Generalist, you will provide support to the German market with a focus on delivering a high level of customer service to the HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees, be the first point of contact for all Human Resources related inquiries received by telephone and email and provide Subject Matter expertise in HR processes, policies and tools.

Profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and German
• Familiarity and understanding of general HR policies and procedures
• Strong relationship builder
• Possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong Customer Service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction
• Pharmaceutical background or knowledge would be desirable
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, ability to prioritise work
• The ability to commute to West London or relocate
