A youth organisation is looking for a Part Time PA to support the CEO and FD in a smaller charity foundation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy PA role with lots of variety and great for someone looking for part time as the working hours can be negotiable to fit your commitments. You will be the kind of person who enjoys supporting impressive people and genuinely loves the support role! Typical duties include:

• Extensive diary management
• Minute-taking at meetings
• Travel co-ordination
• Expense management
• Ad-hoc administrative duties

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have experience in a similar PA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:

• Experience as a PA/within a support role
• Ability to work in a smaller office
• Proactive nature
• Good use of initiative
• Efficient problem solver
• High attention to detail
