The role will require a part-time receptionist in the afternoon working 11:00 - 15:00 supporting Clermont Group on the day to day running / cover of two separate receptions. The role will entail cover of one reception for 1.5 hours, travel, and cover of the second reception for 1.5 hours. Prior experience as a Receptionist and meeting room management experience is essential. Both locations are very central. The role is a very rewarding and high calibre role, working with top corporate names in London. Ability to do overtime if desired from time to time.
Main accountabilities:
- To provide a welcoming and efficient front of house reception service to all staff, guests and other visitors
- Meet and greet external guests promptly. Ensure host arrives at the meeting and meeting commences on time
- Escorting guests to appropriate meeting rooms when requested.
- To build and enhance working relationships with management and colleagues.
- Control meeting room bookings, reception diary management,
- VC and conference calls
- Answering telephone calls, screening sales calls, sending phone messages.
- Manage deliveries, post and couriers.
- Ordering of breakfasts and lunches where required and coordinate serving / clearing up.
- Arrange building access.
- Meeting room management
- Stock take of kitchens
