Calling all proactive and organised PA’s. A prestigious PR agency are looking to hire a new PA to support two Managing Directors.
Your duties will include diary and inbox management, booking travel, managing logistics for client meetings and arranging refreshments for hospitality. You will assist the MD’s with producing and formatting documents and organise team holiday and absence approvals. You will look after expenses and invoicing and also assist with project work and other ad hoc tasks. You will liaise with the finance, admin and HR team for support. It will be your responsibility to manage inductions for new starters and you will manage client information lists to ensure they are always up to date. You will also look after birthdays and organise celebrations for the team appropriately.
To be the dream candidate for this role you will have a track record in time management and organisation from an agency environment. You will be proactive in resolving problems and a pro at acting discretely with respects to confidentiality. You need to have excellent Microsoft office skills across Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
