Personal Assistant - Global Media Agency

Brand new and exciting Personal Assistant role has just arisen in a top class media agency! Based in creative offices in Central London, this role is supporting a dynamic and hugely successful Exec with a trusting approach and is someone with whom you can build a strong relationship. Based in open plan and agile offices, this role will work alongside 25-30 social and fun people. There are also other PAs in the business, so you will have support and feel part of a fantastic team.

As PA to the COO, your role will predominantly support 1 very busy internal-focussed Exec although there will be additional support to a 2^nd Director. You will deal with all things traditional PA, including complex, multi-stop travel, extensive Tetris style diary, inbox management, document prep, extensive stakeholder management and project work. You will also support the wider team as required although this is minimal. As such, you should be a team player, driven by the desire to make your Execs life easier.

To be considered for this role, you should be an experienced PA (at least 3 years) with proven experience in a large, global office. You should have a strong understanding of the media industry or similar creative, ideally from agency. The ideal person will be personable and a relationship builder with personality and character. You will be a proactive PA able to use common sense and initiative to plan 3 steps ahead.
