Junior Events Assistant for city financial firm £22,000 - £26,000 (12 month FTC)

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. You will be working within a team specialising in managing Equity Roadshows, conferences and other client- focused corporate access events.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Logging & setting up of client conference calls
  • Updating & maintenance of client databases
  • Printing and binding presentations
  • Setting up in-house lunch & coffee meetings
  • Document preparation, editing, typing of letters
  • Logging & setting up of client conference calls
  • Updating & maintenance of client databases
  • Book travel, accommodation, restaurants for both staff and clients
  • Organising visas and foreign currency
  • Preparing travel documents and itineraries
  • Additional administration support activities as and when required
  • Work as part of the team, supporting fellow team members to ensure a high level of service is offered to all our clients

    Skills & experience required:

  • Minimum 12 months office experience
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Outlook Calendars required.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task and to work under extreme deadline pressure at times
  • Flexible attitude to working hours

    Hours: 8am – 5pm (must be flexible)
