My client based in Shoreditch are a market-leading marketplace for independent brands. They are an e-commerce start up and they are looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative to join their buzzing, friendly team.

The role requires an individual who has used Zendesk before and the position is paying £10ph, working 9am-6pm with a one hour lunch break and also includes some weekend shifts.

This role is for someone who is enthusiastic, has done Customer Service before and who is flexible and open-minded with their job role.

This is a really exciting time to join the company as they are going through rapid growth, and winning numerous awards along the way.

They are looking for problem solvers, who provide the very best customer service at all times' If you have used Zendesk before and youre available immediately then I would love to hear from you'

Duties include but are not limited to:

Liaise with clients to make sure orders run smoothly, anticipating and troubleshooting potential issues and finding solutions for any problems that arise
Work to targets and help resolve customer issues and complaints across multiple channels
Identify, report on and troubleshoot potential issues and pain-points in our operations, as well as proactively proposing improvements.

The successful candidate will:

Be flexible with your schedule and be a key team player who isnt afraid to get stuck in
Have utilised Zendesk before and worked in a customer service capacity before
Be comfortable working in a target driven environment
A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service, and motivation to go above and beyond to make customers happy.
