EA to Head of Product & Team

A dynamic and innovative FinTech firm based in Victoria are looking for an outstanding EA to support their Head of Product and the wider team. This person must have excellent writing and communication skills, be bright and proactive but also exhibit a sense of fun whilst working under pressure.

This hugely exciting role is situated within a fast growing company allowing the opportunity for someone to expand and enhance their abilities alongside it.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive diary and inbox management
• Act as a gatekeeper
• Organising meetings with key internal/external stakeholders
• Minute taking
• Expense processing
• Ensure team targets are met and adhered to
• Document preparation
• Travel arrangements
• Ensuring all outgoing documentation is always ‘on brand’
• Office management support

Requirements:

• Established senior support experience
• Innovative way of thinking
• Strong written and communication skills
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
• Strong MS Office skills
• Proactive and positive in nature
