Boutique Private Equity firm based in Victoria is looking for an experienced bi-lingual Executive Assistant to support three partners and their teams.
A great opportunity for an EA who enjoys the pace of supporting at Partner level but equally likes the variety of team support. The role is supporting the Nordic/French and Italian Markets - the successful candidate should be fluent in English and one other language ideally French/Italian/Danish/Swedish or Norwegian!
A strong preference for an immediate candidate!
Key responsibilities;
*Complex and extensive diary management and arranging travel requirements for the
partners and team (5)
*Coordinating extensive meetings
*Submitting extensive monthly expenses
*Manage an ever changing diary
*Organising signing of documents and couriers
*Internal and external event management
*Liaising with European stakeholders
*Acting as a gatekeeper for the partners
*Editing, formatting and binding documents and presentations
Skills and experience
*Previous experience working within a boutique finance environment
*Fluent English and fluency in Italian/French/Swedish/Norwegian or Danish
*Ability to prioritise
*Flexibility and adaptability
*Self-driven and motivated
*Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
*Polite telephone manner
