I need a super confident, polished and friendly Receptionist /Office Administrator to join a leading Consultancy Firm based in Charing Cross. This is not your solitary reception role, you will sit with the rest of the team and assist them with a wonderfully varied range of things! You will be the first point of contact for all VIP visitors so must have a warm and welcoming nature. You will be working closely with the Office Manager and booking travel for the team, ordering stationery and keeping the office well stocked and tidy. You can also be an active member of the social committee and organise the team drinks every quarter – this is a sociable company with a lovely communal kitchen and a beer fridge for Fridays! Ad hoc duties include restaurant bookings, running out and getting lunch for meetings and generally being on hand to assist a really friendly team. This is a fabulous role and would suit an enthusiastic 1st jobber who is looking to get started in their career!
